GRADE NINE DOCUMENTARY

My Grade 12 Communications Technology class created a video on what grade 9 is like at Holy Cross Catholic Secondary School. Final Cut Pro version 7 was used to edit this video. Our group was assigned the "Bloopers" section of this video. My role in this video was all of the video work and what it looked like when it was all put together. We used a Panasonic AVC Camera to shoot these clips. This video is now being shown to Elementary Schools so they know what it is like at Holy Cross Catholic Secondary School.

TV COMMERCIAL REPRODUCTION

In Grade 11 Communications Technology we were instructed to pick a television commercial and reproduce it as similar to the commercial as we could. The commercial we chose was "Oreo Fudge Cremes". This commercial was created in a home environment to match the look of the commercial. We used a Canon HD Vixia HFS100 camera. The video was edited in Final Cut Pro version 7. We had to use various angles to create all of the different shots.

KASSAA GAME OF THE WEEK INTRODUCTION

This KASSAA Game of The Week video introduction was created in Final Cut Pro version 7. We also used Motion to create the different effects in the background. Soundtrack Pro was used for the different sound effects and the background music. In Grade 12 Communications Technology we were to create a creative way to introduce what the following video would be about. This in my opinion was my best introduction that I made.

WALMART ADVERTISEMENT

This commercial assignment was shot in a home environment to get the feeling that an average person shops at Walmart. This was an assignment in Grade 11 Communications Technology to enter a contest and create a Walmart commercial. This video was filmed with a Canon HD Vixia HFS100 camera. It was edited in Final Cut Pro version 7. The sound effects and background music were created in Soundtrack Pro.
